Introduction:​

  • Constructed bridge to connect rural area with urban area,  which is located in another the other side of the river.

  • Generated Project Management Plan.

 

Details:

  1. Created Gantt chart based on WBS, WBS dictionary and project scope statement.

After generated the project scope, WBS (Fig. 6-2)  was made to breakdown the project into small work packages. The duration and necessary resources (Fig. 6-5) were assumed in order to get the final project cost (Fig.6-6). The critical path in read was very clear from the Gantt chart (Fig. 6-1) that helped us control the project duration which was  422 days within  2 years we expected.

     2. Generated Project baseline with milestone and summary task

The project baseline gave us a straight view about the milestone during our project construction state.

   3. Risk analysis

Through brainstorming and reviewed the historical records, Risk Severity Matrix was created  to maintain the risk impact to our project. In the end, we came up with the risk management plan.
